The Wealth Conservancy, Inc. considers the privacy of its clients to be of fundamental importance and has established a policy to maintain the confidentiality of the information you share with us. We are committed to safeguarding the personal information of our clients from unauthorized access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, and damage.

In providing wealth coaching services to you thought the Way Into Wealthâ„¢ coaching program, we collect certain nonpublic information about you. Our policy is to keep this information confidential and strictly safeguarded, and to use or disclose it only as needed to provide services to you, or as permitted or required by law. This policy is applicable to information for current and former clients.

Depending on the services you have with us, we collect personal information to better administer, manage, or service client accounts, and to provide financial services. This information is collected from direct and indirect sources.

What?

The personal information we collect directly from you includes information required to communicate with you and assist us in effectively providing services to you. This information could include name and address, phone number, email address, among others.

How?

Information received from you on contact and other forms, information about your financial background, meetings, questionnaires, and other sources with your consent.

Who?

We do not disclose information obtained during our practice except as required or permitted by law. We do not share your personal information with companies that perform marketing services, nor do we sell your personal information to anyone. Even if we cease to provide you with financial services our Privacy Policy will remain in effect.

Where?

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information and have procedures in place that we believe are reasonably designed to protect the security and confidentiality of your information. Our employees and affiliated persons are required to protect the confidentiality of all your information, including that which is personal and non-public. They may access information only for the purpose of providing you with coaching services. Employees who violate our Privacy Policy are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination from employment with us.
